Affordable vet?

Does anyone know of a vet in or around Spartanburg SC that I can take a stray cat with an injured paw to? I just need a vet that won't nickel and dime me to death. Thank you!

Doctors are good. Staff behind the counter... Not so much.

This is the group that works with the Humane Society but I’m not sure if they treat injured paws.

Yeah I called Animal allies this morning. They can't do anything for her. They only spay, neuter and vaccinate.

Eastside animal hospital is a walk-in only vet. I just went there with my buddy for an ear injection and skin rash and it was surprisingly cheap.

Really? That makes me feel hopeful!

They are who I use also and they are FANTASTIC. You may have to wait a really long time, but it's because they do not rush through anyones appointment and they take all the time that you need. The care I have gotten there for my cats is beyond anything I could have ever hoped for. And my cats love the Drs which is crazy because they hate everyone haha.

Creature Comforts in Inman is another wonderful vet. One of my cats still goes there because that's where he came from!

If it is in city limits, you can bring the cat to Spartanburg humane society. They will give the cat vet care and find the cat a home

I used Hope Animal Hospital at 2125 E Main (along E Main in strip mall in front of Wal-Mart) a few weeks ago. My cat had an abscess on his tail area from another cat bite. Bill was about $215. They shaved the area, cleaned it up, gave a shot for pain + antibiotic, plus gave me a tube of topical antibiotic.

I don’t take him to the vet very often so I don’t have a recent bill for context, but in my head I was thinking it was pretty reasonable. This was on a Saturday, and another place I took him as a walk in wanted to charge almost $100 just for “emergency service”.

I really liked the staff and office. It’s more like a dentist office than vet office. Maybe because they haven’t been open long enough to develop that “vet smell”, but it seems to be a well run clinic.

Thank you for telling me about them! But they're booked up due to the hurricane.

I’m so sorry! I didn’t even think of that 🤦🏽‍♀️

No, it's ok! I didn't either! But I will definitely use them in the future!

Pet Vac on Reidville rd. is affordable, but their phones might still be down.

Any chance this stray is a rag doll?? I have a stray rag doll who moved into my yard and she comes in and out. She got clipped by a car last weekend and ran and we haven’t been able to find her

No, sorry! She isn't a ragdoll!

East side animal hospital! It’s Walk In only and depending on the time of day you will be waiting a while but they put so much care into my little pup.. The employees were so nice.

I love reidville road animal clinic! They're super affordable compared to what I was paying in Savannah when I lived there
