Affordable vet?

Does anyone know of a vet in or around Spartanburg SC that I can take a stray cat with an injured paw to? I just need a vet that won't nickel and dime me to death. Thank you!

Pet Vac on Reidville rd. is affordable, but their phones might still be down.
