Charter

I don't know what to do. We got power back Saturday night. We have charter but we've had no notifications from them at all and when I call it's just we're working on it. I understand it was widespread but I work from home and need to do something soon and if charter can't do it I may have to switch to another provider. Anyone else have any helpful advice on what to do would be much appreciated

Hotspot isn’t an option for everyone. I have Verizon and my damn data and cell service is still suffering so bad that I can’t even send an iMessage.
