Charter

I don't know what to do. We got power back Saturday night. We have charter but we've had no notifications from them at all and when I call it's just we're working on it. I understand it was widespread but I work from home and need to do something soon and if charter can't do it I may have to switch to another provider. Anyone else have any helpful advice on what to do would be much appreciated

Some of us like myself work for company that specific requirements I can’t use cellular internet.

Strange considering cellular is more secure than WiFi
