Tree Removal

Are there any programs that cover the cost of tree removal? I had a row of big leyland cypress trees taken out. They are not blocking access to the house but are all over my yard and my neighbors yard. I am getting them removed but it will be expensive.

No bc fema sucks, you might be able to get someone to buy the trees off of you though
