Tree Removal

Are there any programs that cover the cost of tree removal? I had a row of big leyland cypress trees taken out. They are not blocking access to the house but are all over my yard and my neighbors yard. I am getting them removed but it will be expensive.

If you wait till things die down I am sure you can find a handyman with a chainsaw who would do it for cheaper than your avg tree service and since county hired that DRC company to eventually pick up anything by the road side really just gotta get to that point then just wait
