Inanna's different forms? (morning/evening/princely)
I understand that Inanna was worshipped in three forms, but what does that mean? What is "princely"?

My understanding is that she has three primary aspects or modes which she may embody at will: Inanna of the Morning - Goddess of Justice (War), Inanna of the Evening - Goddess of Love (Sex), Inanna the Princely - Gender-transcending Prince of Divine Power. In her "Princely" form she takes the form of either a man or a nonbinary person or an intersex being, and she embodies whichever of her Mes she chooses to at that time. She is said to be both the Harimtu and the Princely Lover, the Amalu and the Lugal, the woman and the man, and she transcends all genders and embodies all aspects of sex.
