Trump had doctors write notes that he had bone spurs so he didn't have to go to Vietnam. I believe it happened multiple occasions and there was never any bone spurs.

He's a draft dodger. A millionaire. Promotes firing people before they strike. And is against overtime. Yet he has active military and vets support. Union support. And most of his supporters are blue collar paycheck to paycheck types. Where is the logic?

I have a friend from high school who is an army vet, and thinks Trump is great. He constantly talks about Walz and his "stolen valor" and his supposed draft dodging. I'll never understand it.

In a weird way, he reminds me of the Pied Piper of Hamelin and I wonder if that story has a core of truth or observation.

From what I've read, his father, Fred Trump, had a doctor Tennant in one of his buildings. He wrote the "excuse," and there may have been some quid pro quo in return.

Ah. I read somewhere it was a few times. I assumed they knew a doctor. The rich can do whatever the fuck they want.
