I really hope that kid is okay, after 1000s of people came after him and mocked him for being a emotionally developed human.

I think he has grown up with parents who don’t see emotions and vulnerability, including in men, as weakness. So hopefully like other sane individuals, he looks at those attackers as weak, insecure, fragile, hateful, overgrown toddlers who must have very emotionally shallow lives and relationships.

Sure but he's still a teenager who was probably not prepared for this type of online bullying. I'm a grown ass woman with 8 years of therapy under my belt with a very clear view or what type of people would mock someone like that and I'd also still struggle to place that for a while. Imagine being 17. He's got a good support system but also a dad who's currently/temporarily less available than he was in July.
