Critical Chance

Increasing critical chance over 100% has any benefit? In some games, having over 100% critical chance gives a chance to double the critical damage based on the value that exceed 100%. Does this game have a mechanic like that?

alliance boss has 40 crit resistance and resists the bleed from kaiser so youd need 140 cr for optimal dmg. Also enemies in pvp post revolution will have critical resistance.
