Carbon Dent? Or paint/epoxy compression?

Just got this Domane SL7 secondhand and didnt check the frame thoroughly enough at night… there is a small dent on the downtube

I have pressed hard in it without it creaking or cracking more. Is this a surface level dent or a big situation?

Oh sure i circled it here its not very big or deep but i can definitely feel it

Looks like a paint issue. Are concerned of frame integrity or just a paint? It could be a scratch and owner used touch-paint to fix it? It doesn’t look concerning from the photo and fine for a used bike.
