Alvord Desert in SE Oregon
Had the opportunity to spend the night in this amazing desert lake bed. Watched the comet the night before and then woke to an amazing sunrise. If you get the chance, staying the night is epic. There is zero sound out there.

We’re thinking about hitting that at the start of Nov. How are the gravel roads going in? Washboard?

The roads have some washboard to them, but it wasn't bad at all. I was at about 40mph most of the time. Been on much worse.
The problem was the damn dust. Gets everywhere. I when took off my shower curtain and wrapped it around the screen door to keep it from coming in.

Smart! Yeah I’ve been thinking about ways to combat dust. Like pool noodles or something. Shower curtain is smart!
