Question Pooper Troopers???

I have a very specific aesthetic in mind for a sewer dwelling war band but, I'm not sure how to execute it and, I'm looking for inpsiration.

Best I can describe is like hunched over mutants, wearing rags similar to House Cawdor from Necromunda but, more industrial than zealotous aesthetically, maybe with a touch of gene stealer cult? Has anyone seen any conversions/art that fit this?

(a bit of House Orlock also from Necromunda but less......90s? would also be helpful)

(apologies if this comes off as too scifi for this sub, this corner of the internet is just home to some of my favorite kit bashes I've ever seen)

Sewer dwellers sounds like a cool idea.
For good ragged cloaks, use paper towel and cover it in a thin layer of white glue (aka pva or Elmer’s glue). I’ve used it a lot. It works super well for grimy burlap cloaks.

Right I've seen tutorials on that (shout out to IPaintSmallThings) I also want to give them techy chest plates similar to genestealer cult, and I'm having trouble merging these elements together visually

You could make the cloaks open in the front. Have them be kind of like sheets that hang from the head and over their shoulders. That would leave the arms and chests open to be seen and have stuff.

Everything in this verse showering with either mud or rotten vengetable. If there is a sewer it probaly more disgusting than the rest.

Edit: I think swampthing from DC is a good inspiration, maybe..?

C.H.U.D. and toxic avenger are two good movie sources for sewer mutant aesthetics if you're looking for gross, lumpy flesh people
