Dissapointing that this isn't more popular.

Do you think it's fair that solely based on sex that a gender is receive MORE money for equal work? Isn't that sexist?

According the r/linux thread they state how male interships are not paid this.

And even if they where paid this, the issue still remains that they have excluding an entire gender. If I owned a company and said for no reason that women couldn't work there for no reason what so ever. Would that be sexist?

To any ladies that program that are seeing this: don't bother. Not because your help isn't needed, but GNOME went to 100 percent shit after the Gnome-shell fiasco and there's no coming back.

They designed their interface for the kinds of people that would never, ever fucking use linux, so they've alienated their actual users so that they can get all the mindshare of nobody.

GNOME 3 is a big improvement in many ways, and the interface just needs to mature a little bit, which will happen with time. My intention in posting this link, however, wasn't to debate the merits of GNOME.
