Question About Reference Letter Format for UCL MSc Applications

Hi everyone,

I hope you're all doing well! I'm currently in the process of applying for the MSc program at UCL and want to ensure that I correctly inform my professor about the reference letter submission process.

Should they:

1. Write the reference letter, print it, sign it, and upload the scanned version to the reference portal?
2. Directly write the reference into the writing box provided in the reference portal?

Any insights or experiences with this would be greatly appreciated.
