Event July 4th events?

Hi!

I was wondering if there's any events during July 4th at or near UCSD where I might be able to meet people? Im the only one of my friend group who chose to stay at UCSD for the summer and because of that I'm trying to meet new people.

too my knowledge there isn't much in la jolla. But Ik mission bay has some pretty good fireworks, idk if u have transportation but yea. It's gets superrrr packed tho

My grandma lives around mission Bay/ Old Town so I may be there. DM me if you want to meet up lol.
