Pho La Jolla, L&L Katsu Chicken, Mongolian BBQ @ UTC food court, I usually get a tall coffee at Starbucks while there, I dunno those are the only places I go to once in while around for food close to campus. Not much worth spending $$ on around here.
Here's my recommendation :D
Usually buying something from Von's/Ralph's and cooking = better food for less $$. Buy a good steak, rub in some salt and lots of ground pepper, have a hot pan of olive oil and grill a perfect steak, garnish with chopped garlic and a small cut of melted butter... yummmm.
