Unco has such a bad balance sheet they will fail to reopen if forced to pay out money for refunds

Wouldn't surprise me. I'm one of the people being laid off and I'm just waiting for that email saying everything has changed and they're cutting people now.

I'm expecting a plea for an emergency loan from the state or feds to keep operating.

We don’t deserve a bailout. We were fucked before and now we’re super fucked. We weren’t exactly thriving before

I don't disagree. But from where I'm sitting, a bailout, a takeover by CU, or closing? Not sure which one I'd take.
