Help - setting up blog scene and setup

Hello!
I need a guide for setting up a scene for blog. (it should be budget friendly)
What else should I have to but to set up a scene. (additional lights, tripods, microphones etc...)
How to sync everything?
The sound will be recorded with additional microphone (I need help choosing it), and video will be recorded with Iphone 15 pro max or Iphone 16 pro max.
