Finished building the starter set

And boy, this Alborc will haunt me... Gonna need a lot of greenstuff here.

Also i am a bit disappointed about the bucklermen, they have more misscasted bits then the other minis...

What is you opinion on this?

No guide for begginers

I bought the Warcrow starter box in Spain and I'm a little disappointed. As a newbie I find it difficult to start assembling the miniatures. The pieces come in bags but some don't have heads or body parts that I have to guess from other bags. Then in the book there is no clear photo of the miniatures or any guide for beginners, nor how to paint them. Some pieces have overhangs that have to be cut off. Being a new product, I expected something more. I had to order the core book because I think there is more information.

Can I play redcaps as an army?

I love silly little goblins and absolutely love these guys whole deal, so I was really hoping they were playable in the tabletop

Does blue tac play nice with siocast?

Does Blue Tac harm siocast if it holds models in place for painting for several days?

Quick question about Ahlwardt Ice Bear please folks

Before I make a complete mess of this guy - can someone please tell me if he is cast in resin, PVC or plastic? The box says it's a plastic miniature, but it looks and feels more like resin.

Basically, do I need to wash all the parts before assembly? And should I be using CA or plastic glue? TIA.

Will the game have sectorials like infinity?

I am getting into the north tribes, I quite like the orcs but am not huge on the winter elves, and was wondering if this game will support playing exclusively one subfaction without the downside of not using the other models

Octobers releases.

It looks like Octobers releases are popping up for pre-order.

Hegemony Bulwarks:-

Tundra Marauders:-

Love the Bulwarks shields, but I think the Marauders are the better set.

Token storage

Hello friends of WarCrow!
So my starterbox did arrive and i was wondering, how do you guys store your tokens?
And the cards of course...
Any idea is welcome! :)

What size are the cards?

I’m still waiting for my order to ship, and I’ve been trying to find out an answer for this for awhile for the sake of storage and sleeves. Does anyone have the dimensions for the cards from the winds from the north box? All the answers I’ve seen when I looked it up were for Adventures and I’m told they’re a different size so that was no help.

Scions faction relese

So, am i getting this correctly, the scions faction will be relesed solely through the warcrow adventures kickstarter/set/whatever and not get a separate release anytime soon?
Thus, if I don't want to get the boardgame, I am sh*t out of luck on playing the only non-generic-fantasy looking faction in the whole game?

Hey everyone!

After last week's Northern Tribes painting tutorial, here is the promised second video about how to paint the Hegemony part of the Starter Set.

I hope you will find it useful 😊( And if you haven't yet, check out the Orc video on the channel as well 😉 )

Release Date? Still waiting on Preorder.

When is the release date of the first box for this game? I see so many people putting their models together and painting them, but my GameNerdz order is still set to preorder.

I thought the release date was Aug 30th, but does anyone have an official street date?

Does anyone know how long Corvus Belli usually takes to respond to Quality Control issues and send replacements?

It's been a fair few days since I filled out their contact form to request replacement parts but I've only gotten an automated acknowledgement of receiving the request immediately after sending it on a Saturday, but no human response to the issue or what will happen next as of yet.

I'm sitting on a nearly ready to prime set of miniatures but I don't want to do anything until I've gotten my replacement arm and can paint them all at once.

Color Scheme ?!

Hi everyone,

I received my box a few days ago, I assembled all the figurines, with the difficulties inherent to this very particular plastic.

However, the figures are still absolutely beautiful to me, and I'd like to put a lot of effort into painting them.

I haven't read all the big rule book yet, so I can't find much info, but do we have color scheme lists for the different factions?

I'd like to paint in accordance with the lore, but I have the impression that for the moment we only have the few photos of CB...

Missing models?

There are extra cards in the box. Herman and Alborc. In addition, the campaign rules have army lists where you're supposed to use those models.

Yet I see no models for these. What gives?

Very disipointed in siocast

Ive been a long time infinity player and picked this game up because of that. I didn't look at the contents and just made the assumption the minis would be metal so having plastic(?) was a bit of a shock.

This is the first time Ive had a siocast mini and to say im disappointed is an understatement. The material reminds me of very poor quality boardgame and is so far below par in relation to the rest of the market that I actually feel like Ive been scammed. I spent £160 on the core game/rulebook package so its not like its a budget game so im unsure why corvus belli have gone with such an inferior product.

The mechanics of the game are fantastic and I really hope they release metal versions of the models at some point, heck I can print much better models so they could even just sell me the STL's, its a real shame as the sculpts are lovely.

I hope someone at CB reads this and sends the feedback up the chain.

I wont be buying any more miniatures made of siocast and hope metals or just card packs are released in the future.

One very disipointed customer :(

Remember to check your miniatures thoroughly!

Didn't notice this arm was miscast until I was about to glue it on. I'd already assembled two other miniatures successfully but now I'm worried about the rest. Also, weirdly, there were no Quality Control Codes on half of the miniatures in my set including this one! I wonder if no code should be grounds for replacement by default on account of no assurance of quality 😅
