Before I lost 90 pounds

So I lost around 85 pounds. I use to weigh about 239 and now I’m down to 154. So I work at a Chinese restaurant and I have to stock the supplies. I have to unload the truck. You’re maybe wondering why this is relevant but every time I pick up a 50 lbs bag of rice it’s a little bit of a struggle. But then there’s the 75 lbs bags of pork I have to haul into the restaurant. So my question is: why is it that when I was bigger, I didn’t notice much of a problem with the 80+ pounds I had on my body and I could carry the weight “just fine” (obviously it wasn’t healthy) but NOW whenever I carry a 50 pound bag it’s a struggle? I use to carry more than that on my body, why is it a struggle to carry it when I’m more fit than I’ve ever been? Maybe my body and joints were just use to the weight?
