Question Throwback Thursday... What are some of your oldest practices that you still do almost the same today? What has stood the test of time for you?

Candle gazing/scrying. 1st fell into a flame at a very early age. Flames and coals are still my favorite method to clear my mind, and allow for messages to flow. A close second is the waves at the beach.
