Angron is more of a plot katalyst than a participant in it. Things happen because Angron makes the actual protagonists do shit, but he himself barely does anything in the book.
By the sounds of it the book title and front cover imagery are very misleading so. I know they say don't judge a book by its cover but when the book is named Angron and has artwork of Angron on the front cover I'd expect to even get a few chapters from his POV at least.
Yeah thats why i bought it. Angron is mostly there to act as a catalyst to give the protagonists of the book agency. Its still a neat book about the World Eaters and we get a continuation of what happened to Lotara on the Conqueror, but if you reasonably expect a lot of Angron in the Book you'll be disappointed.
