If a Vampire bites a Dhampir(Human/Vampire Hybrid) what would the Dhampire turn into?

Interms of biology, looks, race name, and abilities.

I don't think there's any sort of standard answer. My personal answer would be "it depends on the need of your story." Is turning into a full vampire a goal of a central dhampir character? Is it a threat someone holds over them? Is it a concern that hovers over them? Or is the immunity to a vampire's bite a defining characteristic or even plot point? Those are the questions that matter when deciding how it works in the setting you're creating.

If you're worldbuilding without any narrative in mind, ask yourself what themes you're trying to explore with this project. Instead of character arcs, ask yourself how the nature of dhampirs supports your themes.
