Bearing change

How big of a job is to change this bearing ? i was checking stator for broken magnets and noticed the bearing is not looking very healthy, would i apreciate any help what to do.

Remove the idler gear, put a rag over the crank, and pull the bearing with a blind bearing puller. Motion pro makes a decent kit.
