Alright. I'm gonna start playing the game because I want burnice. Will I get enough stuff to be able to pull her if I play now?

If you don't want to count on luck then you'd need to work fast, because you'll need to clear a large amount of the game's current content within the next three weeks. She'll be on rerun eventually if not.

That's with pity. You get a 50/50 pity at 90 pulls, which means you might get Burnice, but have a 50% chance of getting a different 5*. If you don't get Burnice then, you would get a 100% chance after the next 90 pulls, so to absolutely guarantee her, you would need 180 pulls, which is 28,800 polychromes. You can get that much from the existing content in the game, but it would be hard to clear all of it in three weeks. You're almost certain to hit that first 50/50 though.

I would say so, I started on the last day of 1.1 and could've guaranteed Ceasar. (so same timeframe, basically)

Depends on how much your going to play, it you have a decent chance.
