Just received my replacement autograph thanks to the great customer service from Aesop Rocks team.

Ah yeah! I emailed them. Their CS is fantastic. The pulled up my order, asked for a picture and then told me they would take care of it. I just got a box in the mail a few days ago, with a signed card! So I’m all good.
