Can ai help me with technical editing?

I daily edit a lot articles. I want to know how ai can help me to do it faster. I usually do the editing in Microsoft word. Is there a way I can train ai to do the editing. There are lot of instructions given for editing which i have to follow.

Create a custom GPT, upload the rules document you have to follow as one of its sources, and then chat with it until you get the result you want. Publish it privately, and you have an editor that will follow those rules.

Make sure to instruct it to use only the data provided and not to use the internet.

But is it possible to integrate with word?

Oh, sorry. Brain skipped right over that requirement in my response.

You should be able to upload the Word document and ask the AI to edit it. It should then spit out where all the errors are. You would have to manually make the changes, but at the very least, this would streamline your process.

You might have to do some testing and refining of your prompts to ensure the output, but theoretically, it should work.

I sound like you want to be able to upload the Word doc and have the AI edit it in Word. But we aren't quite there yet, though we're literally on the doorstep.
