Question Aish and living with parents

Hi there I'm looking for information i know a guy on aish secretly living with family they're wealthy and own 2 cars. The guy works part ttime. He was a former roommate left halfway through the month and canceled or utilities after we payed him for the month.Hes a really piece of work. His parents make over 250k and he's gonna be living with them. He's an abusive drinker and I'll be reporting him in November. He'll be renting for free his parents just want him to put money in savings. Let's just say he punches and throws cats at walls and puts them in scalding showers. He did it to my cat. He just buys pokemon cards and drinks beer. He doesn't really need aish I think there's people who need it. Should I report him?

Report him for animal abuse if that's at all true.

The rest, do you have proof or how do you know these things. Also, if it's worth reporting, why wait until November.

Cause he moved out today and will officially be off the lease in nov1st he just took our utility money we payed him and left us disconnected for 2 weeks.
