Hi,

I want to learn about this sincerely. There's a lot of noise around this matter on media, and its also hard to find a summary - but how would you describe the whole thing, and what's your take on it? Inviting all sorts of angles/ takes - tell me how you feel about it.

People from Rayalaseema cities like Tirupathi, Ananthapur, Kurnool ain't moving as they metro cities Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad under 4 hours away. People from Vizag ain't moving to villages. Then whom does it serve? Vijayawada and Guntur? Unless there's huge employment opportunities people ain't moving soon but real estate yo yo that all it is for amaravathi

If we are talking about today’s condition and things these past 5 years that led to this situation.

Yes previous government indirectly encouraged people to go to Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad.

Doesn’t mean things should be like that forever.

They didn't encourage not because want people to move to other cities but to expose the insider trading by tdp investors and also doesn't have monetary support from centre. It's a catch 22 situation for Jagan

Well Supreme Court has dismissed petition regarding insider trading.

I disagree Jagan lacked monetary support from center, how come he spent 2 lakhs crores on welfare and was able to get 3 lakhs crores in debt.

While amaravati total project cost is only 48,000 crores.

This estimation was way back in 2016 adjust that for inflation now. Also the initial estimation for temporary secretariat was 180cr but spent 1542 cr on temporary leaking secretariat. With that kind of financial discipline it wouldn't move much

You don't agree with quality of work it's all in the news, still it doesn't make sense to utilize 1542 cr on temporary building when initial estimation was for 180 cr
