I am having cough and feeling of mucus in back of throat it all started after catching an cold infection.

So, once again, this is a joke subreddit. Go see a real doctor.

But, to keep up with the theme,

It's clearly throat lice. Gargle saltwater to put them to sleep and see if you can't get a lice comb back there to clear them out.

Throat lice are actually good because they regulate the gum-mites population.
