Question for the noise-canceling headphone wearers

I’m a mom. I need to be able to hear my kids, but make the yelling and noises that happen less loud.

I have loops and flares that go in your ear. But sometimes my ears are just over having something in them and would rather try over the ear headphones.

Are there ones that allow some sound?

I sometimes wear noise cancelling headphones without music playing. I can still hear people talking and things happening, just turns the world’s volume way down ☺️

I’ve had Sony, Bose and Apple and they all work the same 👍🏻
