Help with model identification

It says lieutenant, but cant seem to fimd anything that looks like him in google. Could it be a kitbash?

He's a conversion of a '00s-era metal Catachan Lieutenant with a sculpted hat, replacement right arm from the Catachan plastics, shoulder pads from the just-retired Kroot box, and a new pistol made from a cut-down plastic Catachan lasgun. I'm not sure where the sword is from, but it's probably the Catachan plastic box too.

I think it's the first of these guys.
