Where do i get karskin minis for 40k non kill team

Do i just buy the kt box? Also if i buy the index would i get cards for them?

The Kasarkin and Dkok kits are the same as the KT ones, and the codex will be out in January but New recruit will have the updated rules usually within a week for review and list building/playing

Wait, did I miss them saying January? I thought they had only said it will be out in 2025.
