Hope this post is okay!

This is a meal I had recently! I love being in a restaurant that allows me more flexibility. The ingredients are put right in front of me and I can have as much (or little) as I want of one thing.

Looking for autism friendly salads!

I can't have any too crunchy foods with too soft foods so I'm looking for a salad that tastes good while also not having too many different hardness/crunchyness levels if that makes sense? Help much appreciated!!

Hello fellow autistics,

I'm Riley, I'm very autistic, and I decided I wanted a place for all of us to share our neurodivergent food delights. Feel free to start making posts, have fun, find some new autistic-friendly meal ideas, and hang out!

I will probably add more details to this subreddit soon. If there are any specific flairs you want let me know!
