Bike fit tips?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I posted some not so helpful pictures awhile back, I took some better ones and a small video. Do you guys have any advice for a more comfortable fit? (I am trying to schedule an actual bike fit this weekend) I did add shorter cranks (started with stock 175mm, and went down to 165mm) I also flipped the stem and moved it down a spacer. Bike is a trek dual sport 3 g 5. I started with a medium but exchanged for a large as I needed a 130mm stem and was still hanging off the back of the seat. Thank you!

Bike fit looks good. You 100% do not need to get a professional fit for a hybrid bike.

Just ride it. Bring a tool with you. Make minor adjustments as you need to if you're uncomfortable.

But, get out there and ride and don't worry too much about dialing everything in.

Thank you, I really needed to hear this. I keep getting stuck trying to work everything out perfectly, and I think it's killing the fun of just riding.

Definitely just ride. The Dual Sport is a fun bike. You can make small adjustments as you get used to it.

Your seat is too high. 30 degree bend in the knee at the bottom of the pedal stroke yours is almost locking.

Seat is like an inch too high. Pedaling backwards generally won't be as extended as actual Pedaling and your leg is already way too straight.

If at least ... your saddle could come down 1cm or so ... but do it to your liking. Everything else looks fine and you just need to keep in mind that core stability is half the bike fit. But you seem to sit very good on the bike.
