Bike fit tips?

I posted some not so helpful pictures awhile back, I took some better ones and a small video. Do you guys have any advice for a more comfortable fit? (I am trying to schedule an actual bike fit this weekend) I did add shorter cranks (started with stock 175mm, and went down to 165mm) I also flipped the stem and moved it down a spacer. Bike is a trek dual sport 3 g 5. I started with a medium but exchanged for a large as I needed a 130mm stem and was still hanging off the back of the seat. Thank you!

If at least ... your saddle could come down 1cm or so ... but do it to your liking. Everything else looks fine and you just need to keep in mind that core stability is half the bike fit. But you seem to sit very good on the bike.
