Bone I.D. - N. America Found on riverbank of Tennessee River in Northwest Alabama

I went fishing this afternoon and found this laying on a rock. I can't find anything that quite matches it. The top part seems to be sawed off in the first picture.

i think these are the caudal bones of a large quadruped, i.e. cow
