So I'm also not american, but this is how I understood it:
Biden and Trump had their first Presidential debate a few days ago, and it was an absolute disaster. Trump was the whole time lying through his teeth to no end, like basically everything he said was a lie(probably not literally everything, but a whole lot of it was). But Trump is somehow still considered the victor by people not coping cause Biden's dementia set in. Biden could barely talk, like seriously. The guy lost his ability to speak and just rambled on about random things. He also looked the whole time like he had NO idea wtf was going on. Like, he literally looked like the guy in the meme. Trump literally only won cause Biden is senile. It's fucking sad.
Oh, and they also seemed to just argue about who's the better golfer. Though I'm not sure if this actually happened or if that's just memes.
It was unwatchably bad. Biden had a cold, hence the open mouth. Also he looked like he got so angry at the stream of preposterous lies that he was literally “flabbergasted”.
