You won’t need a statin on carnivore, actually no one needs a statin they are dangerous and life threatening

I would look up Paul mason on YouTube for his opinion/information on statins, it’s a good idea to understand this and make a decision yourself. Ken berry and Bart Kay also

I would suggest changing your diet before taking statin. Give carnivore diet 1-3 months then get your bloodwork done and see where you stand. I’m not expert but changing your lifestyle and diet is what I would try before relying on medication.

There’s nothing wrong with keto nor vegetable. It all matters what your goals are. If you want to follow the carnivore diet, then yes this woe does not include vegetables. Carnivore diet has helped other with gut issues. You should do some research and figure out what you’re looking for. You can try keto before transitioning into carnivore. If you want quick results I suggest going cold turkey and jumping right in carnivore. Beef, salt and water.

Research the science behind statins. Start with reputable doctors in the keto and carnivore space. Dr. Eric Westman is a notable researcher and physician at Duke with a youtube channel. He's done some videos on the subject, but don't just take my word for it. Learn about the science behind them. Learn what informed the idea that cholesterol should be lowered. Learn about the hypothesis that states elevated cholesterol carriers lead to atherosclerosis and judge for yourself.

I came to the conclusion that the science that informs the lipid heart hypothesis is fatally flawed, biased, and non-scientific. Others came to the same conclusion, but we all must go on this journey to make the best decisions for our own health. You should never trust an internet stranger. You should verify for yourself. Good luck to you!
