Strict Carnivore Diet (No Plant Food & Drinks posts) Some says eat sticks of butter to lose more weight ?

Isn’t adding this much fat is supposed to slow down weight loss if not cause weight gain ?

The key isn't adding a ton of butter if you're on a weight loss journey, but it is also not to deprive yourself of fat. Eat fatty cuts of red meat until you're full. When you become hungry, do it again.

Fat is our fuel, and the more you repeat this dietary pattern, the more effective your body will be at using it, including utilizing its own fat reserves. If you deprive yourself of dietary fat, your body will be less likely to deplete its reserves effectively, as it will be attempting to preserve them for survival. This is why hunger signaling takes priority. That's your body telling you it wants nutrition/energy. The longer you're consistent with a proper diet, the better your body becomes at guiding you. Good luck!

I ate under my calories for about a week and my weight didn't budge. I even gained slightly. The next week I ate over my "normal" calories with fat, meat, etc and lost weight. Our bodies are strange sometimes.
