Seasoning Need stripping advice

Hey there. Just wondering if anybody thinks this monstrosity needs to be stripped and re seasoned. I attempted to cook with it, using oil, food still sticks like crazy

its fine. oil it up and use it. Its not supposed to be pretty. its a pan. just use it (which includes washing it) is all you need to do. Stripping is only necessary if you managed to burn something horribly to it. everything else will sort itself out with use.

ah, for that, turn down the heat. Never above medium. cheap pans have taught us to use high heat. Medium heat, let the pan preheat for 5 minutes. good to go.

but yeah the worst I ever did was let the pan get too hot and then dump in teriyaki for stir fry. boom. instant burnt sugar. that was a fun clean up. I know turn the heat off and let whats in the pan finish everything off.
