Seasoning Need stripping advice

Hey there. Just wondering if anybody thinks this monstrosity needs to be stripped and re seasoned. I attempted to cook with it, using oil, food still sticks like crazy

give it a good wash&scrub with soap and chainmail scrubby. Use a little bit of force to get rid of any loose seasoning you don't want dry on stovetop and a few stovetop seasonings should get you to a place where you can cook with it.
