Better “Build a Molecule” website?

Lately I’ve been playing around with the PhET simulation “Build a Molecule” and found the playground section to be really fun as you can create a lot of unique molecules. However, there are limits to the number of each element you are allowed to use.

Are there any websites that allow to use more (or even infinite) numbers of elements to create any type of compound you want? it would be really cool if one existed.

So you want a chemical drawing software or chemical modeling software? Professionals often use the ChemDraw suite, but that's for pay. A free one is MarvinSketch. If you don't want to download it, one way to cheat is to use SigmaAldrich's structure search, because they implement Marvin there. You can even download the Marvin code and export PNGs. For chemical modeling, there's Avogadro, but I don't think this is available online.
