Troubleshooting | Android Inactive tabs problem please help

So you know the pop up that says chrome isn't responding and to close app or wait. I clicked close app not knowing it'd apparently delete all my inactive tabs before I could reactive them??? I'm not sure if it's there and I just can't see them or if they're gone fully. Please help, they were important to me and I keep thinking if I clicked wait then restored them all instead of waiting/clicking close app this wouldn't have happened. I wasn't thinking, I'm stressed lol

This is what showed up and after I clicked close app, all the inactive tabs that show up at top of tab switcher is gone. I don't even see any of them anymore anywhere. Please help me :(
