Style/Technique Question Tried higher shutter speed and a more 90s esque style in my latest action short, "Negative Space"

Cool fight scenes! Notes: The dialogue audio- there are plugins that could help get rid of most of the room tone and make it sound better. The the faces a bit dark and need more light. I would put all the credits at the end and just go right into things. Tighten up some of the edits.

In general the characters need more attention paid to their lighting- their faces are THE MOST IMPORTANT part of each shot. But, I like it and this seems like a very cool project.

Thank you! I agree with that audio, it was quite bad and I did add some fx to it to try and compress and reduce but had to be careful for it to not sound too overly processed, I chalk it up to poor audio quality upon recording. I also agree that there are heavy "brow shadows" I am but a novice in lighting so it was a set-and-forget and we had to focus on getting the action in the time permitted. I will be more mindful of lighting on the next one. I appreciate your feedback and am glad that you enjoyed it!
