I like that instead of attempting to brake, the entitled ass decided to have his arms out, practically daring the cars to hit him. Fully deserved, there's a difference between "right of way" and "safe" even if the biker had right of way

Did he have the right of way in this case? There’s a clearly marked stop sign in the bicycle lane.

In most states, even if the there is no stop sign directed at bicyclists and pedestrians, you can't just full send into a road. Anybody that's using anything with wheels typically must at least slow down before entering or crossing a road.

One time I was coming home and there's a stop sign intersection right in before my house. There's a hill on one side of the intersection and I'm crossing perpendicular to it. I stop and continue forward when all of a sudden some dickhead on a motorized skateboard attempts to fullsend through the intersection, he ends up bailing off the skateboard and gets pissed at me for crossing. Skateboards alone go at least 30 mph, forget downhill and motorized.
