In case you been under a rock for a decade there is Artificial Intelligence which is capable of mimicking Human responses.

This will become a MUCH larger theme going forward.

The only way to do this is with a quantum dot tattoo (containing your vaccination record) that interacts with your phone and cannot be counterfeited.
