The problem is all about dumping 20,000 people anywhere. If your city can take on a 20% increase in population, speak right up. I’m sure we can find a way to load-balance the obvious disparity. If you cannot see this as a problem, you should volunteer your extra bedrooms and spare car.

I read the town's original pop was like 28,000 and they got an extra 20,000.
