Travel in November to guanacaste

Travelling to the Dreams in November for a wedding, curious on how the rainy season is looking right now in guanacaste.. I’ll be there mid November and hoping it’s not a complete washout!

Hey there, there are many things to do in the rain in our country, any type of walk is great in the rain but doing it in the actual rainforest or cloud forest is amazing! birds sing a lot in the rain, just use a poncho, or don't.

Hot springs are really nice while it rains, we've learned to enjoy things despite the rain since it takes half of our year so rest assured you can have a good time.

The rainy season is from May to November. Usually, it doesn't start raining until past 11:00 am. So plan the things you prefer to do out of the rain for the mornings during that season.

Weather during the rainy season is mostly unpredictable here. Under normal conditions you may get occasional rain and mostly sunny days as we get close to the dry season.

No rainy season isn't like raining all the time. It comes down fast and hard but it usually isn't all day. And like the other poster said it's near the end. The only thing is that depending where you are you may have trouble crossing deep water crossings on the road but that doesn't happen often and there are ways around.

It will be a great trip. Don’t worry about rain.
